Since you mentioned Biaxin. I had heard it was easier and we tried that too. Our ferrets still didn't like it, but I think it's not quite as bad as flagyl and I think it has a shorter treatment time which helps!

It is very hard to have the confusion, stress, and emotional pain of a sick ferret. Not knowing quite what is wrong and trying different stressful medicines hoping they'll help is stressful. Just cuddle him when he's sleepy, love him, and do the best you can through this time of forced medicines.
