Subject: [ferrethealth] Wanted to Intorduce myself

I originally found this group when I was desperately trying to get
some information for my sick ferret that ended up passing that night.
I then became absent when his cage mate was starting to worsen as
well... she ended up passing two nights ago. So now I am finally
able to take some time to introduce myself.
My name is Keri and I was the mother of 5 furbabies.... Loki, Weasel,
Blink, Cinnamon (Logan), and Nutmeg. Sadly, my first two have passed.
But I now have Blink, Logan, and Nutmeg.... Three HEALTHY and FAT
(maybe not so much) furbabies that love to terrorize my house.
My fiancee and I decided to help some friends out with Ferret rescue
because we were wanting ferrets for ourselves and figured, we have the
room, time, and money so why not help out when they need it. We love
the ferrets and they are our children. The last three we got were
were going to find homes for them but decided to keep them because
they were too cute. Our kids are very spoiled as their cage reaches
the ceiling and my fiancee can't wait to expand it outward so they can
have at least an entire wall of cage. Which is funny as they don't
stay in the cage. They have run of the house a lot of the time and the
cage is there for them to cage themselves when they want to play or be
left alone.
