It is likely an enlarged spleen...which is common with age, and when there is
an under lying illness. Please do not press on it, as it can rupture. Just
leave it be until his Dr. examines it. Most enlarged spleen are common, and
left alone. Pressing, squeezing etc...is not safe for you to do...just leave
it be and let his Dr have a look.
