The only thing I can think of is that's just the way albino's grow
their coat in. I had a castrated albino hob who had a left
adrenalectomy and when he grew his coat in after the surgery he was a
buttery colour. Once he settled down and grew a longer coat and I
suppose once his body adjusted post-operatively he went back to his
normal albino whitey/off-white colour.

Also I have noticed that one of my other healthy albino hobs is growing
new fur in for winter. His poor tail was bald (just winter shedding)
and that's grown in quite yellow.
