good morning everyone i just wanted to get something off my mind. i have be=
en desperately trying to get someone to help me with nic-nac. not for day's=
,week's, but month's. i have been up around the clock to keep him fed and c=
ome up here to check to see if anyone got back to me on this matter. nope n=
othing ! i will say i've had some(5or6) tell me they wish me luck and a cou=
ple of way's to get flagyl down ,and thank you guy's very much. i mean that=
! but all i seem to find when i come to check are=A0 story's of water drag=
on's, food choice's and human health issue;s did i CLICK the wrong group fo=
r FERRET HEALTH or am i'm just not in the circle,as it seem,s to be the sam=
e people on line when i'm looking for help with my FERRET. not a lizard,art=
hritis's somebody's b-day. it sadden's me, yes i'm=A0new to this=A0GROUP. a=
s i joined as many others so i could=A0 alway's keep learning about my babi=
e's (FERRETS) i'm just 1 person looking for a place to be when one of my
babie's (FERRETS) need's something and i don't know what to do . i have be=
en to 3 vet's (2 of them claiming to be specialist. in what? is=A0my questi=
on to that? hey! maybe it's the water dragon doctor!!! or=A0 a bird=A0.hell=
=A0who know's. every one that did reply to nic -nac's cry for help via his =
mammy=A0, thank you and i=A0 do mean that with all my heart!!! .as i said i=
don;t have time to sit and read about thing's=A0that have NOTHING to do wi=
th my LOVED very much FERRET'S.i asked to join this group and other's becau=
se i thought any info on FERRET'S would be helpful. water dragon's and FERR=
ET"S ??? is there any connection here ?? confused but not stupid vickie=A0=

To be clear, THIS list is the Ferret Health List, and we have not carried a=
ny messages on the off-topic subjects you mention above. Is it possible th=
at you're signed up for more than one ferret list, and one of them is a lis=
t with a more social focus?=20
I'm sure folks will comment on that blood panel once it is available. It i=
s very hard to help someone use a scanner over e-mail.=20
In the meantime, can you please post a concise message giving us the backgr=
ound of Nic Nac's illness/symptoms, current meds (and how long he's been on=
them), and any changes? It sounds like he was on a cocktail of amoxi, fla=
gyl, and pepto, probably for ulcers or helicobacter. Did he have black, st=
icky, tarry poop at first, and has that gone away?
