I should also mention that lymphoma can also effect the heart and may
be confused with other heart problems.
I'm still confused as to the details but from what I'm piecing
together (abdominal masses, enlarged spleen, enlarged lymph nodes,
heart issues, anemia) lymphoma does seem like the most likely
cause....at least to me, based on what I "think" I understand about
this case.
