you mention possibilities of heart murmur, lymphoma, anemia,

tested for to rule in/out?=A0=A0 From what I understand, a blockage may
only be the difficult thing to rule out (unless exploratory is done) as
its not always seen on xray, but the other ideas mentioned have tests
that will help confirm/un-confirm.=A0
