Karen, thanks for your help on all of this.
Abdominal Masses - Masses suspected but not confirmed
Needle Aspirate & Cytology - yes, this was done and the findings were
discussed with Vickie - Vet # 3 (my vet) suggested bone marrow and
blood transfusion. This was declined by owner, due to the poor
condition of Nic-Nac at that time.
From being told, ferret would probably not make it through the night to
now, alive - being souped - looking better - you would not think that
these diagnois were valid.
An exploratory has been recommended by a few of the vets but at the
time Nic Nac would not have been able to tolerate at that time.
