Here are a couple of links that should be very helpful. Basically, you need to understand WHY the ferret may be nipping or biting, and secondly, you then need to learn how to teach her what is and is not acceptable. Ferrets learn quickly when taught in the proper way.

Have patience, show love, and learn how to teach your ferret properly, and all should work out well. We currantly have 5 ferrets, all from different backgrounds before they found their way to a shelter, and each one has learned rapidly how hard then can and cannot bite both humans and eachother.
