Hi, I do feed minced beef as part of a mixed diet. Not sure about
hamburger as such, we don't get it in the UK, has it anything else
added?

If you do feed minced beef it should only be part of a diet that either
includes kibble or other meats with bone and offal. I would also
recommend using cheaper cuts of beef as ferrets need the fat and
calories in it.

As others have said minced meat does not have clean their teeth like
whole prey or meat with bone, but it can be a good way to encourage
reluctant raw feeders to give it a go, it is how I started my lot off,
but I minced my own whole chicken wings so they got the calcium form
the bone.
