I had the same problem and Bandit drew blood on Baby a lot of times.
Here is what I did. I put Baby in a small cage on top of the big one.
I let them run seperate with Baby in the small cage on the floor with
Bandit and Swiffer running free. Then I put Bandit in the small cage
and let Baby and Swiffer run free as they did not fight. At night I
put the small cage inside the larger one. I also kept switching
blankets so they all got the smell of each other mixed up. After two
weeks of this I put them together in the same cage and watched. They
curled up and went to sleep. They were friends from then on.
All were rescue ferrets and all had serious damage from a broken jaw to
emotional scars. Now they do not bite each other except in play.
