Subject: [ferrethealth] hi new guy here...

I just recently came into ownership of a year old female ferret. Its
been several years since I owned a ferret and theres several things
that I'm worried about. The first being shes shedding(?) she has a bare
spot on her back that according to the original owner happened
previously but then grew back. The second being that according to the
original owner shes never had any shots. The third being if someone
could just send me a refresher list of things I need to keep in mind. I
owned a ferret when I was younger she had been purchased from a breeder
so I know the basics but now that I'm on my own and I have a little
life in my hands I want to make absolute SURE that I can properly take
care of her.
-Concerned and happy new owner of a beautiful ferret ( I know, I know
all ferrets are beautiful but this one is mine *winks*)
