There are a great many quality foods which don't have wheat.

Do food switches gradually.

I like using the ingredients lists at Ferret Depot, but there are
food charts. Right now I am very short on time and my eye is
starting to say I need to stop so check for
"food charts"
using the "message body contains" (or somewhat similar wording
box in the FHL Archives and using the quotes to eliminate other
food messages.

Leave the other boxes black and then use the search button.

I am sure there are a number of people who will send you mail
DIRECTLY with their food preferences after they check the
ingredients of the ones they use themselves to get that info to
you while sparing the FHL from having a merry-go-round of
food preference posts yet again. When my eye clears enough if
I also get time you may get a private note from me of that
nature, too. :-)

You will lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots
and... of past posts of the foods people use in the FHL Archives if
you want to look of specific choices once you know the food names.
