Did you make an abrupt change in food? If so, that alone can cause
funky poops. It is best to mix the new with the old and gradually
increase the new over several weeks. And, it's even better to mix
several foods so they are used to more than one.

Purina One is not a horrible food. If he is willingly eating it, I
would not worry about trying to get him to eat another food at this
time. Down the road, try mixing in the Zupreem again, but keep the
Purina as part of their diet.

I have some who will very willingly take the baby food and A/D mix
from a bowl in my lap, or through a syringe, but they will absolutely
not touch it in a bowl in the cage. I think that's what we call
spoiled rotten!! LOL If you have to, put it in a bowl, warm it and
feed in your lap. If his poops are that bad, I would definitely
stick to a bland diet for a while.
