To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Did River benefit from the doxorubicin therapy for insulinoma? I'm sorry
to hear it's less effective for more advanced cases. Is there a chance
it will help? Pandora was diagnosed with insulinoma about a year ago
and had the surgery soon after. Might another surgery be of benefit,
considering the first one didn't do much good? Is there anything my
vet needs to know to get better results from the surgery?

I could try baby food for Pandora but she's quite fussy. Can't hurt to
try though.

I can't give her high protein foods like Evo as it's hard on her kidneys.
I had to cut back her protein a few months back as she was drinking/peeing
excessively.
