It's probably coincidence, but there was a report on the radio yesterday that emergency
rooms in Annapolis MD were seeing an unusual number of people with a stomach bug,
symptoms include diarrhea, and it runs from one day to a week.

Also, the CDC map shows that the flu was "sporadic" in PA around the time of the
symposium.
