The whole world apart from the USA uses mmol/L (millimoles/litre, A
unit of molecular weight and the SI unit) to measure blood glucose
and other blood constituents.
To convert mg/dl (milligrams/decilitre) US values to mmol values
divide by 18.

mmol/l mg/dl
------ -----
2.0 36
3.0 54
4.0 72
5.5 99
6 108
8.0 144 etc.

The conversion factor is ONLY for Glucose.
