How often are you giving her soup? If you're not giving it regularly, or regularly enough, this may be the problem. In my experiences insulinomics tend to stop eating kibble, making soup feedings a necessity, and even those that continue to eat kibble benefit greatly from additional soup feedings. If you aren't already, you might try giving soup 3 to 4 times daily, it may help.
