Question - is the product being refered to NuSkin which seems to be a range of skin care products or New Skin, which is a liquid bandage? If it's the latter, it burns like heck. Active ingredient 8-hydroxyquioline 1%, inactive ingredients alcohol 6.7%, oil of cloves, pyroxylin solution.
