Advocate and Advantage Multi are the same product, and both are used to control heartworm as well as the other parasites. I believe Advocate is used in the UK.
I hopped online and Googled Advantage Multi vs Revolution and came up with lots of stuff. I didn't get through more than a couple pages, but I did notice that several people complained about adverse reactions to the Advantage Multi when used on their cats. Also, the Advantage Multi tends to be a bit more expensive than the Revolution. As with the Revolution, you must get it onto the skin to get any benefit against heartworm.
