This sounds similar to what we just experienced. Two of ours (Luna and Baby Girl) both had vomiting and diarrhea, along with lethargy and loss of appetite. They also had some very green poops. The vet prescribed amoxicillin and metronidazole (flagyll) for a week to 10 days, as well as carafate if needed. We isolated the two girls in their own cage to avoid any further spreading of whatever the illness was to our other four, especially Trinny, who is older with some of her own serious health issues.

It took 6 or 7 days, but Luna and Baby Girl came around day by day, and now, 10 days later, they are fine. Just like with people, some things just take some time and good nutrition to help the body work them out. We had to do some coaxing to get them to eat soup for the first couple of days, and there were a couple of episodes of throwing up after eating, but we kept them from getting dehydrated, allowed them to sleep as much as they wanted while separated from the others, and diligently gave them their meds. Now all 6 are back together and whatever the problem was seems to be gone.

Hopefully your girl doesn't have anything more serious than that.
