Subject: [ferrethealth] weakness in back leg after sugery

I guess its weakness.. the lump a large inside one was removed inside the left back leg. He has some.. what they call Scar tissue.. quite a bit of it . larger than the normal the vet said. I have seen him fall over it is rare but i have seen it. His rear leg when i look from the back and he is standing is like it is pushed outward a bit. The vet that did the surgery gave him some glucosomine Dasquin brand name .
said 1/4 of capsule daily said it might be arthritis.
Any thoughts on this?
also as i had posted earlier.. I had to go to a 2nd vet to get meds for infection . He is feeling better now from infection.. either at surgical site OR some other kind. vet said throat sounded raspy. It was definately some kind of infection.
