According to a recent paper by Robert Wagner, DVM (Ferret Cardiology, 2009) bradycardia (low heart rate) can be caused by insulinoma. Best to have your ferret assessed by a vet in case the medications need to be adjusted and to determine whether there is another underlying cause for the bradycardia i.e., liver or heart disease.
