Subject: [ferrethealth] Update: Collapsed Lung (and a question about antibiotics)
To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

I just hung up from the vet and according to the radiologist, it is not a collapsed lung but is pneumonia and bronchitis. We will be doing another x-ray and bloodwork tomorrow. I was so relieved that I forgot to ask whether or not the thymus was found.

Now I'm wondering if she should be taking something in addition to or instead of Clavamox (her current weight is 2 lbs 3.5 ounces and she gets 0.20ml of a 62.5mg/ml suspension BID). If anyone knows, please let me know and also what the dose would be.

Thanks again.
