Subject: [ferrethealth] Wullie Update

Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts after my last post.
I took Wullie to the Vet and they took a blood test as well as a fecal test. He also has an intraocular abrasion that I am giving him eye drops for and those seem to be working nicely. The bigger problem is that he tested positive for Insulinoma as welll as they believe Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have chicken and gravy baby food to give him. But I do not know the cost of the surgery. I am waiting to decide on that.
I just wanted to give you guys an update.

[Both insulinoma and irritable bowel can be
helped by Prednisolone, a very affordable med.
Is he on that? I am sure list members will
write with detailed information to help him
and you.
BTW, insulinoma itself can cause nausea and
diarrhea so treating that may end the symptoms
that present like IBD.
