Hi Jeff,

=C2=A0 I find benadryl at 1mg/lb twice daily and robitussin (the plain one =
with only guafenisin) at 0.2mls twice daily work better.=C2=A0 I tend to av=
oid phenylephrine in pets.=C2=A0 Lots of liquids and keep them comfortable =
temperature wise - now is not the time to save oil by keeping the house at =
55.

Morphy has some kind of flu that is going around our family, catching it de=
spite our wearing masks when handling the ferrets while sick. Symptoms are =
lethargy, sneezing, very watery eyes, stuffy nose. He's eating well but has=
to be spoon-fed his soup. The vet saw him yesterday and prescribed amoxici=
llin and Triaminic. The dosage of Triaminic is 0.30 ml 3 times daily, but s=
o far it doesn't seem to be helping much. Has anyone used Triaminic before,=
and if so, what dosage did you find to be effective? This Triaminic is 'co=
ld and allergy' formula, with two active ingredients:

Chlorpheniramine maleate (1.0 mg per 5 ml)
Phenylephrine CHI (2.5 mg per 5 ml)
