Subject: [ferrethealth] Skittles Paw Help Update

Thanks to those of you who sent me a message in response to Skittles' poor little paw. *Knock on wood* it seems to be getting better. I've been giving her the antibiotic and putting the gel on her foot - she really doesn't like it when you touch her foot and I can't blame her. The swelling has gone down substantially and the ulcerated area on the top of her foot is starting to get smaller. The only thing I'm concerned about now is that it looks like she's lost most of the skin on her pinky toe - you can see her entire nail (pictures to come when she lets me take some more.) Again, thanks to everyone who offered some advice - I will continue to keep you posted!
