Hello everyone,
I have a question about deslorelin, is there really a ferret specific
formula? My veterinarian told me she found a supplier of it in Ohio. The
dosage is 2.1 g and it's specially formulated for ferrets, not horses.
Should I trust it? My oldest ferret, Goofy, has adrenal and has been on
lupron for over a year. I really want to switch him over to deslorelin.

[IMPORTANT:
Is it a slow release implant? If not, then it
will be worse than useless. This class of
drugs worsens LH release when given in the
daily version. It is like Lupron, Trelstar and
other related drugs on that score.
