Subject: [ferrethealth] Red round rash on belly

I am hoping someone can help me here. I have a boy about 4 yrs old, my best guess, as he was rescured. He has always been little, deaf, he is also a little off compared to the rest. He is like a little 2 year old kid. Took him to the vet a month or two ago, had blood in his poop and was losing a lot of weight, vet put him on meds and he cleared up and started gaining weight again. He finally got to go back with the rest, but I have been noticing a red round, almost rash on his tummy, will will clear up and go way then come back. This time is has a small pin head size dark spot in the center that is dry and crusty. He is starting to lose his hair, just thinning out. Any one have any idea what this may be???
