Honestly I really wouldn't worry about it. My ferts live outside (I'm in the
UK) and are quite happy even when we get snow and minus zero temps so long
as their nest box is wind proof and they have plenty of bedding. I promise
they wont be uncomfortable, they will just snuggle up together in bed if
they do get a bit chilly.



[IMPORTANT FOR U.S. READERS:
In the UK I presume that below zero is in degrees Celsius
so for the U.S. that would be below 32 degree Fahrenheit.

Below zero Fahrenheit would definitely be too cold. That is
close to minus 18' C
