Yes, this was done with the store's permission and in their presence,
as we had been doing Ferret Education Days there for many years.
They understood the gravity of the situation, and are the ones that
suggested we open a few bags before buying any.
They have always been very kind and helpful to our little rescue, even
picking us for their yearly
Christmas "Round up" several times which brought much needed funds to our
shelter.
Just wanted to make clear that we are NOT food shopping terrorists!
