Subject: [ferrethealth] Ferret with knee problem
To: FERRET-LIST <FERRET-L@LISTSERV.FERRETMAILINGLIST.ORG>, Ferrethealth <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

We took her yesterday to be put to sleep.
It all started out as a limp, but everything else was ok,then a trip to the vet ,he said her knee was gone (mush).
It just did'nt seem right she only has a simple limp..
Then a hard knot on her knee, then the knee wouldn't move :(
The vet said it could fracture.
She started feeling bad,so it was cancer.
Remember even a simple limp could be "something"
I know she's not in any pain now,and she is at peace, for that i'm grateful.
Have a nice Chritmas all
Jody~

We mods are sure that Jody will appreciate heartfelt
sympathies, just remember the rules and send them
directly to her instead of to the list to avoid rejection
if they don't contain any new health info about veterinary
problems like this one.]
