Subject: [ferrethealth] He won't open his eye?
To: <ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com>

He needs to see the vet. Likely there is a small scratch on his cornea, and a vet can see that with exam and a special staining used on eyes. You can't always see the scratch, but not opening the eye is a sign of pain. Something also may have gotten into his eye, under his lid maybe. Either way a vet exam is in order.

I'm not sure what is going on? Its not swollen, and has nothing leaking out of it or anything..He just doesn't want to keep it open for some reason..
Does anyone know what this could be?
