Thanks for responding Tressie, Sukie, and Helga. Adrenal disease is a strong possibility, as there's also a good sized bald spot on his shoulders and neck, and a small one on the base of his tail. My vet has an extra Deslorelin implant on hand. If I get this for Pop, should it solve the problem IF it's adrenal disease? The frequent, small urinations are not accompanied by any signs of pain, so I don't think it's any kind of stone.

[Good question since I don't know about
Propecia dosing with deslorelin. That is
often needed, sometimes antibiotics, too.
For humans it would be combos like
Flomax and Avodart with antibiotics.
