Both blood levels are high... indicating diabetes.
Has the ferret been fed any sugar, or sweet
treats? Prolonged ingestion of sweetend foods
can cause this high BG. ALso metabolizing high
carbohydrate diets will cause high BG.

What meds is the ferret on currently?
Prednisone will cause increased levels.

If not induced by medication or diet then I would suspect a pancreatic tumor.
Continue to monitor the BG level and if ferret is
fed a high protein diet the level does not drop
you may need to treat for diabetes. It has been
managed successfully in ferrets.

Best Wishes.
