I haven't ordered diaoxoide in awhile, but I used to get it through the mail from a compounding pharmacy in Scituate called Animal Pharm. 781-544-3010.
A couple of other compounding pharmacies I've gotten other meds (pred and carafate) from or who my vet mentioned are:
Prescription Specialist 800-861-0933
Creating Compounding 800-672-2177
Vet Pharm of America 877-838-7979 (wouldn't give price without rx first)

We personally use one in North Plainfield, NJ which is on
that list, and obviously people have had good things to
say about each of the ones listed because that is why they
were listed in the first place.
You may even find one near you.
