Subject: [ferrethealth] Ruptured Eardrum Questions -
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I recently lost my dear sweet ferret Hicks to Lymphosarcoma and
noticing a "hole" in the family went to a ferret rescue to meet some
of the little ones needing homes.

I ran across this wonderfully sweet boy who had suffered a ruptured
eardrum alitle while ago. He was on anti-biotics to handle the
infection and now walks fairly "drunk". He is very thin but of sweet
disposition.

I am considering taking him home but dont know too much of handing
that kind of situation- I was wondering if anyone here has had
experience with a ferret eardrum rupture and would have any wisdom/
advice and the after-care or maybe what to expect.

ANY info would be appreciated. :)

Jenn
