Hi Carol,
I think a bit more information is needed before ideas might be
suggested.
How old is the ferret ('older' is a relative term)?
How long is it since his adrenal surgery?
What exactly do you mean by 'chicken gravy'?
What did the pre-surgical blood panel show e.g., BG etc.?
What do you mean by a 'nasty looking stool' - colour, bloody, mucous,
texture, etc.???
Does he vomit only after he eats? In-between meals? Is the vomitus
clear, undigested food, etc.??
What meds is he on (dosage and type)?
What is the diagnosis besides adrenal disease? Were any biopsies
taken during the surgery other than from the adrenals?
The answers to these questions will give a better picture of what may
be going on?

She takes him
