One of our adrenals had the pee problem (not complete block just in
and out of the box and only going a little at a time). Vet's could
find no reason for it via x-ray, ultrasound and during his surgery to
remove the gland. He was on prostate meds for about a year
before/after surgery and I just two weeks ago stopped the meds to see
how he is doing in hopes the surgery and lupron have allowed the
prostate to shrink back to normal - so far no problem. Don't worry he
is watched very closely. He was getting flutimide 1x every other day
and finesteride 1x on opposite days. Each of those cost just over $30
a month I think and we mail order from compound pharmacy.
