A blood glucose level of 23? Is that the U.S. measurement? If so, I'm surprised the ferret is even conscious. A measurement below 70 is usually indicative of insulinoma, and anything below 60 is almost certainly insulinoma. She may have advanced insulinoma at this point, which, if not being treated, could be the cause of the ulcers, as they often arise due to other stresses on the body. Have you put her on Prednisolone at any point in time?
