Melatonin implants need to be given every 3 mos ( 90 days). In her
case she neds a lupron injection and a melatonin implant at the same
time to get her under control. Otehr than surgery that is what it
takes. If she is left in her present condiotn very long she will
develop aplastic anemia and other complications die...
hyper-adrenal conditions left unchecked can be very debiitating.
