I've got a ferret right now whose vulva is currently twice as large as
Snicker's was in the photo, and it's smaller than it was when we got
her (we're fostering her for a shelter). We've got her on melatonin
implants and lupron, and she's responding well. I definitely recommend
trying the combination.
As far as the vulva itself, you may have to help Snicker keep clean
after using the litter box if her vulva continues to grow. Kiko would
develop red patches and scabs on her vulva from being exposed to urine
and feces for too long. She very much enjoyed her daily sitz bath in
the sink.
