Hind end weakness could be a symptom of any number of things. I am including below a past post about hind end weakness that also includes a link to a good article on the subject. The point is, your ferret needs to see a ferret-knowledgeable vet RIGHT AWAY. If you do not have one, then check the section in the Ferret Health List for finding recommended vets in your area.

As for your ferret's green and/or watery poops, he may very well also have ulcers. Ulcers can arise when other medical conditions that are not addressed put undue stress on the body. I will send you information about ulcers off-list, but I really, really think your ferret needs to see a vet today. Ferrets can go downhill rapidly and become dehydrated before you know it.

Yes, the thing about hind end weakness is that pretty much anything
that gets severe enough will cause it in ferrets. I recall a past one here
(FHL) or on the FML that was hard to track down which turned out to
be caused by Toxoplasmosis in the brain. Certainly, we have seen it
with lymphoma, carcinoma, spinal cord lymphoma (complete loss),
DIM, ECE, heart diseases, liver cysts, insulinoma, and other things.

This may be useful. It is a piece in Veterinary Partner by Dr. Susan
Brown from 2001 titled
Hind Limb Weakness in the Ferret

http://www.VeterinaryPartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&A=481&S=5&SourceID=43

Among the possible causes mentioned in her article and how to figure
out which are going on are:

Toxic conditions
AD (Aleutian Disease caused by ADV or Aleutian Disease Virus)
Adrenal Disease, esp. w complications or advanced
Anemia
Cardiovascular Disease
Insulinoma
Bone Injury
Brain Disease
Spinal Disease
