Some causes of hemorrhagic poisoning (but I dont' have time to look closely so not all
may apply, and this is certainly NOT going to be a complete list of causes):

blister beetles eaten:

anti-inflammatory drugs (many of which are over the counter), rodent poisons
http://www.aspca.org/site/DocServer/vetm0606_339-342.pdf?docID=9643
potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium magnesium acetate

pagename=aspcaproapc_vet_news_winter07&printer_friendly=1
paintballs:
http://www.aspca.org/site/DocServer/toxbrief1203.pdf?docID=1521
iron supplements:
http://www.aspca.org/site/PageServer?pagename=pro_apcc_dyk
onion and/or garlic in large amounts, certain related flower bulbs (in small amounts):
http://www.aspca.org/site/DocServer/toxbrief_0802.pdf?docID=141
rodent poisons:
http://www.aspca.org/site/DocServer/dbrief.oct2002.pdf?docID=304

I know that there MUST be more hemorrhagic poisoning causes because if memory serves
arsenic causes hemorrhage.

Still, this gives some more places to start looking for possible causes.
