It is important to remember that the while the hypothesis
that carbs could lead to insulinoma might work out once
it is studied thoroughly enough, it still has not had the
kind of rigorous study that is needed. So, the idea might
pan out once it is studied or it might not. In other words,
there is not a basis at this point to make assumptions about
what past or current diet may have done to set the stage or
to delay things, or not.

Are there any actually reliable natural sources of steroids
to be sure the ferret doesn't crash? I don't know of any.

Now, I assume that what you are seeking is a glycemic
index chart for you to select among. Is that what
you are seeking?
