If you are concerned but still feel they need the vaccinations, you
might consider dropping them off at the vets on vaccination day and
letting them stay all day to be observed.

On any number of occasions, I've had one throw up while still at the
vet. One thing I do is double-check everyone before we leave, checking
the carriers for vomit or diarrhea. I also have ones who have had
previous mild reactions vaccinated first.
