It is important to have a vet appointment to make
sure that the larger eye does not have glaucoma,
and that the smaller eye is not smaller in response
to injury. You may need to be referred to a
veterinary ophthalmologist.
The chances are good that you are describing
microphthalmia which is a congenital malformation
or the orb. It sometimes appears in conjunction
with some other birth deformities in mammals.
