IF you are dealing with insulinoma, which you don't really say in your post, then he probably needs a higher dosage of the Prednisolone. Also, you should be giving it to him 3 times a day, once every 8 hours. When dealing with insulinoma you have to often adjust the dosage to find out what works, without over-dosing. It's a fine line, and it changes over time as the disease progresses and the need for higher doses of the Presnisolone occur.
