I was digging through some paperwork today and came across the name
of the ointment. It's called Animax, I found a patient information
sheet on it at Drs Foster & Smith:

I don't see how it would help with mast cell tumors, perhaps Sukie or
one of the vets could explain and let us know if it's useful or not.
As I said before, don't do anything before talking to your vet about
it.
