Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: 18 mo old with possible neck injury - help needed

The only thing I can thinkof is, could she have a compression
fracture? My boy Roofie had that happened to him. He had a 2cm gap
between 2 vertibrae. Unfortunetly, we had to have him put to sleep,
as the vet said it was a deep bone pain, not a surface pain like a
pinch of the skin, and it wasn't repairable. We have no idea how it
happened either. The vet said not to try accupuncture with Roofie,
it could make it worse, because what was wrong with him was the
bones, not the nerves.
I did have a boy, Koda, who was paralyzed from a shot of
ivermectin, and we did try accupuncture with him. We did about 4
treatments, and though it didn't help him, we found that at the
time, his nerves were feeling. A couple of months later he lost all
function of his limbs(ex: moving them, but not standing). I think
the accupuncture helped the blood flow which made him feel better.
Good luck with your little girl, I hope she makes a complete
recovery.
